Noonday Collection Party and Giveaway!!!

I am so excited to share Noonday Collection with you all and give away an AWESOME bracelet from their catalog to one lucky winner! Isn't this bracelet beautiful. I just love it. Read on and learn how it can be yours!

Have you heard of Noonday before? It is based upon the scripture in Isaiah 58 that says, "... then your light will rise in the darkness and your night will become like the noonday." The founder wanted to live this scripture and started the company to open the worlds, lives, and opportunities for communities living in "darkness". You can watch this video to learn more.

My friend Judy Maguire is a brand new ambassador with Noonday Collection and I want to support her new adventure and the women she is supporting in Ethiopia, Ecuador and Uganda. Do you want to put girls through university in Uganda, empower women in India and transform communities in Ecuador just by purchasing super cute accessories?

Look at these super cute outfits that Judy put together for football season with Noonday accessories made by women in Ethiopia, Ecuador and Uganda ! I am a little partial to the Texas Tech outfit, but I also love the Nebraska scarf and the Texas A&M belt!

I have been carrying the catalogs in my purse for weeks now and find something new I love each time. Here are my very favorites!

I love the floral belt and yellow and gray Scarf. The belt would be super cute with colored skinny jeans and a white t-shirt. The scarf looks so soft! I would love it with a grey sweater, jeans, and TOMS.

I think I have to own this Tassel bracelet! It is so unique and would be cute with turquoise bracelets stacked with it!  I also love the beaded cuff- I think it would give a great pop of color on a simple outfit.

Noonday has lots of earrings, but these Green and gold earrings and sunset beaded earrings were my favorite! They are such a conversation piece and to imagine women hand beading these in another part of the world! It would be such a prompt for prayer when I wear them.

The Gold Chevron necklace is my other must have! I need a trendy long gold necklace to just throw on and it this will go with everything! I also love the colorful beaded necklace and it is only $32! Hooray for that!

Noonday also has stuff for the home like this colorful dotted Tea towel and these beautiful salad tongs. I need a good pair of salad tongs for when I entertain and have a big beautiful bowl of greens on the table.

If you want to order something, you can easily do that online and Noonday will ship it right to you! Visit www.judymaguire.noondaycollection.com to place your order! Just put my name Anna Jenkins in the Trunk Show Host field.

There are lots of ways to enter to win the contest! If you place an order, be sure to come back and add that into the Rafflecopter giveaway!

I will draw a winner on September 16th and notify them. Good luck!

ETSYcetera- Rosette Bib Necklaces

I've been looking around on Etsy lately and I am in love with rosette bib necklaces? Have you seen these beauties?
Or, this one?

There are over 740 of them on etsy right now! Well, 738 because these two belong to me now.
These are a great statement necklace. Each of them was under $40 and there are many available for less than $20. I love the top one with a black sweater and yellow shoes. The pinky red one looks great with a white shirt and jeans.
If you are feeling crafty and thinking, I can make that. Etsy also has PDF tutorial on making these necklaces for sale. They are just $5!

The United Colors of Accessories

I love colored accessories. I own lots of basic solid clothing and then make it fun with shoes and jewelry. That is my best piece of fashion advice- a cheap t-shirt paired with a big necklace can create a polished look for so much less. I love a white t-shirt, blue jeans and a bright bold necklace with brgiht bold shoes. Shoes and jewelry also carry across seasons and trends longer!
Because I can make my own jewelry, I have ended up with an excessive amount of it! This was my dresser drawer of necklaces. Every morning it would explode onto the dresser as I searched for the right piece to wear.

My sweet husband noticed my battle and when at Target this week he found me a jewelry chest for 75% off. This is my new jewelry all organized! I love it- I can open the drawers of the color combination I want and limit my options. My husband was shocked I filled the chest and that I own so many necklaces in the red/orange/pink family.
And, because I am certain someone will ask.... here are my color coded shoes. I have flip flops and dress shoes in another part of the closet. These are the most commonly worn shoes! Please tell me you all color code your jewelry and shoes also!

New Custom Necklace

I used to make jewelry all the time. Once I started scrapbooking and blogging more, jewelry became a back burner hobby. But, I do love wearing pieces I created. Knowing there isn't another one like it. Making it match one outfit so perfectly. This necklace is an example of that- needing the perfect necklace to match my new purple sweater and wanting that necklace to bring together all the colors of my daughter's birthday party to be able to capture the perfect family picture.
I even ordered my husband the perfect blue shirt (called Beach Umbrella by Gap) to match us all. He's a good sport who even wore baby pink on the day our daughter was born. Hello, my name is Anna and I am a matching freak.

Jewel Kade Jewelry

Have you heard of Jewel Kade Jewelry? It is sold through jewelry parties and they have some CUTE pieces! I know they are just getting started, so you could get in high on the downline with this one!
I bought these cute pieces from a former co-worker who lives in Michigan. She said her calendar for these parties is crazy! You can see why!
I bought the Halloween piece from the fall calendar and the ferris wheel. Something about a ferris wheel just makes everyone smile!
These charms are like 2-in-1 since the back side is just as cute! The necklaces they sell are so unique! Look at this one- large chain-like links with a crystal ball and a large clasp in the front. It has an additional clasp just for hanging your pendant from. So, these necklaces are highly interchangeable since you could hang both any charm with the setup.

Look online and find a "stylist" near you before you see the Evite in your inbox inviting you to someone else's party! I promise, you'll love their stuff.

Note, I am not a stylist nor am I paid to say anything nice about Jewel Kade. Just a happy customer.
